Welcome to Reserve A.R.C (“Reserve A.R.C”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use(“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our secure transport platform, including our mobileapplication, website, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agreewith any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must:
● Be at least 18 years old
● Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
● Provide complete, accurate, and current registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for allactivity conducted through your account.
The Platform is intended solely for secure ground transport bookings and related servicesprovided by Reserve A.R.C or its authorized partners.
You agree not to:
● Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
● Access or use data or systems without authorization
● Tamper with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the Platform’s security features
● Use the Platform to harass, stalk, threaten, or endanger others
● Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any element of the Platform
You agree to:
● Treat drivers, staff, and other users respectfully
● Comply with all applicable laws and safety protocols
● Avoid transporting illegal substances or prohibited items
● Follow driver instructions during trips to maintain security
Reserve A.R.C reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We strive to provide uninterrupted and secure access to our services, but we do not guarantee:
● Continuous, error-free operation
● That all services are available in every jurisdiction
● That security features will prevent all incidents
We may modify, suspend, or remove features at our discretion without prior notice.
Pricing is calculated based on a combination of:
● Base fare
● Distance (per kilometer)
● Duration (per minute)
● Vehicle tier and security profile
● Any add-ons (e.g., high-value cargo, covert ops)
All transactions must be completed through our approved payment processor. You agree tomaintain a valid payment method in your account. Cancellation policies and fees are availablewithin the app.
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the Platform are the intellectualproperty of Reserve A.R.C or its licensors. You may not use, replicate, or distribute any part ofthe Platform without prior written consent.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, map providers).Reserve A.R.C is not responsible for the content, terms, or actions of these third parties. Use ofsuch services is at your own risk.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, andprotect your personal information, including location, identification, and security data.
Reserve A.R.C reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any user who:
● Violates these Terms
● Poses a security risk
● Misuses the platform or our personnel
● Fails to make timely payments or engage in good faith
We may also terminate or suspend the Platform in whole or in part for operational, legal, orsafety-related reasons.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representationsregarding:
● Platform uptime or uninterrupted service
● The accuracy or reliability of platform content
● The suitability of a specific driver or vehicle for your particular needs
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reserve A.R.C disclaims all express and impliedwarranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reserve A.R.C will not be liable for:
● Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
● Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
● Any injury or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform
Our total liability in any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, government agency, NGO, embassy, orother institutional entity (“Institutional User”), the following apply:
You represent that you are authorized to bind your organization and will ensure all authorizedusers comply with these Terms.
Reserve A.R.C may offer custom contracts with:
● SLAs and mission-specific protocols
● Procurement-aligned billing options
● Cross-border service coordination
Where such agreements exist, those terms prevail over conflicting provisions here.
Institutional clients may request:
● VIP protocols and security-clearance procedures
● Armed escorts or covert operations
● Multi-vehicle deployments or convoy coordination
● Emergency response support via GSOC
Additional fees and lead times may apply.
We enforce strict internal controls to protect:
● Identity of passengers and cargo● Sensitive itineraries
● Client-specific protocols
Additional NDAs or confidentiality clauses may be provided upon request.
We comply with relevant national and international regulations including:
● Sanctions regimes
● Diplomatic protocols
● Anti-corruption frameworks
● Transport of high-value or restricted goods
We reserve the right to deny or terminate service where legal risks are present.
Reserve A.R.C may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email orin-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revisedTerms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reserve A.R.C isincorporated or operationally headquartered. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance withthe local courts or arbitration procedures as applicable.
